With Mobile Geofencing, businesses can reach the on-the-go consumers who are in an area around the business with mobile ads served with a splash page with calls to action or with a VIP Text Club. For example a restaurant could send out a text message to a consumer(s) once they enter a specified boundary with a daily special for lunch or dinner.
Social Media Targeting – The vast growth of social media over the past couple of years has been extraordinary, especially in the way that it’s now become an integral part of a business’ marketing plan. With Social Media Targeting a business is able to reach those customers with the most potential based on their interests on social media sites like Facebook and Twitter. Much with how the Search Retargeting targets ads based on what keywords consumers are using, Social Media Targeting acts in the same manner only its targeting ads based on interests on that particular site.
Email Marketing – With the ability to reach a large group of potential or current customers within a split second, Email Marketing can target those customers by using zip codes or various demographics. Businesses can utilize Email Marketing as a means of promoting their business itself, a certain product or service or by highlighting a call-to-action.
SEM – Search Engine Marketing, often referred to as SEM, is the process of targeting the top three locations on the major search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing). In its essence, SEM is promoting the visibility of website via SEO (Search Engine Optimization) so that it is visible at the top of the previously stated search engines in addition to gaining traction to the website.
